Description

Do I need the U-Band for my male dog?

For most male dogs, the conventional belly band fits in front of the hind legs, behind the penis.

On about 20 percent of male dogs, the tip of their penis starts farther back between their legs. The U-band shape provides an easy opening so they can urinate freely.

All non wheelchair products normally ship same business day when placed by 1pm EST. If you are ordering a wheelchair as well, your order will ship together once your custom wheelchair is complete (generally 1-2 business days for Rear Wheelchairs and 3-5 for all other wheelchairs.
We ship via UPS Ground. Express options available. Shipping cost is calculated at checkout with UPS live rates based on your exact location.
Orders will be shipped between Monday and Friday from our facility in Englewood, Florida.

ACCESSORIES

Returns, exchanges, and refunds can be made up to fifteen (15) days from the date you received your order minus a 20% restocking fee for the Help Em Up Harness and Accessories. K9 Carts will not accept any accessory or nursing care product back for refund or exchange unless the item can be sold as new, (clean with zero traces of pet hair, dirt, odor, etc.) to another client. If returned in any other condition but new, cleaning fees will be deducted from refund. Shipping charges are non-refundable and the customer is responsible for return shipping.

Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled before shipped. Once shipped the standard return terms apply. Wheelchair cancellations are subject to a 5% cancellation fee–higher fees may apply on wheelchairs based on production progress. Any product, other than wheelchairs, can be cancelled with zero fee as long as it has not been shipped.

My dog’s a suitcase!

Our 14yo 68lb dog tore her CCL. She’s too old for surgery, so we opted for a brace. We got the harness to help her up and down stairs while waiting for the brace to be made and are still using it now. Really saved our backs lugging her around. She’s very comfy and actually looks forward to getting the harness on in the morning. Worth every penny.

Saved my Shepard

Without this I couldn’t lift my 12yrd old , 120 pound German Shepherd I’m grateful every day for this product and customer service was excellent. 5 stars ⭐️

Vestibular lab

Have a smaller sized Labrador retriever and lots of stairs. We used the Help Me up harness for medium sized dog. It was a life safer! I could get my dog outside (Altho tough on my back) but would have to wait outside for my husband to get her back in. It worked great-esp the rear handle to help her back legs. My only issue was the strap attaching the front harness to the back was a couple inches longer than what I needed-after adjusting as far as possible. It still worked great and now she’s doing much better!

Made it so much easier for our dog and us.

We were having trouble getting our 70lb dog in the car for vet visits due to muscle weakness in his rear legs. Once we got the harness adjusted it made it so much easier to help him get in the car. Great product...
