Our website does not require an account to place an order. We do however, recommend making an account for your tracking information and records.

We actually do not buy back our carts per say, but we do have a couple of options available for you. Donation. We at K9 Carts work with hundreds of rescue groups all over the world, and if you would like to donate your cart to a pet who cannot afford a wheelchair, please send the cart back to us with a note inside stating you would like to donate the cart to a rescue pet.
