The Rear No-Knuckling Training Sock is a temporary, 2-5 minute training and exercise tool intended for short term use as part of a rehab program. The training sock works on the pathway from the withdrawal reflex in the paw to the brain, helping pets pick up their rear feet when knuckling under or dragging due to nerve damage, injury, disease, or hind limb weakness.

Our mission is to ensure that your shipment arrives to you and your pet as quickly as possible. We make every effort to fulfill orders within 24 to 48 hours of receiving them. Our shipping department processes products Monday through Friday. We partner with multiple carriers, including USPS, FedEx, and UPS, to assist with delivery. Shipping typically takes 1 to 5 business days, unless an Overnight option is chosen. For international shipments, delivery times are guaranteed up to Customs within that same time frame.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

RETURN ELIGIBILITY

All products MUST be in a like-new, undamaged condition from a smoke-free environment to receive a full refund, minus charges (restocking fee & postal costs).

All products MUST be returned within 30 days of receiving your purchase.

Items returned to us without notification will NOT be eligible for a refund.

We will NOT accept returns on any products that our inspection team is unable to make like new. This includes but is not limited to damage, hair & smells.

An RMA number is required when returning any item. ANY ITEM RETURNED WITHOUT AN RMA# WILL NOT BE CREDITED! Please contact customer care on messages@walkinpets.com

All returns are subject to a restocking fee which is listed below.

A restocking fee of $7 applies to all other goods, and a return postage charge of up to $30 may also apply.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 15 business days of us receiving the product. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. 
If more than 20 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at messages@walkinpets.com.

Lifesaver!

My dog knuckles because of double hip dysplasia and neurological damage without this he would not walk properly. We are so incredibly grateful for this product. I don’t know what we would do without it. You have made my darling Jude‘s life so much more fulfilling he’s able to be active and we couldn’t be happier.
Once suggestion, the Velcro is hard to find being black on black to undo. If you could perhaps sew on a different colour on the ends something stitched that would show up would make it so much easier.😊

The socks seem to help Lexi's knuckling problem, but the velcro straps are a pain to put on and take off. Perhaps if the ends of the straps were red, indicating where they end would help.
