Shipping policy

Many of our products are custom-built for your pet, so delivery timing includes manufacturing and shipping transit times.

Typical Manufacturing Times

  • Rear Wheelchairs: 1–2 business days

  • Front Wheelchairs: 7–10 business days

  • Full (Quad) Wheelchairs: 3–5 business days

  • Specialty carts (ultra-lightweight models, XXL sizes, or custom configurations): manufacturing times vary, so please contact us for an estimated completion date

  • All partner and non-custom products: ship within 1-2 business days

Once manufacturing is complete, your order ships using the shipping method selected at checkout. Total delivery time depends on both manufacturing time and the shipping speed you choose.

Shipping Options & Transit Times

All orders ship Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays. All custom-built products ship from our facility in Englewood, Florida, and partner products ship from our partner facility in Aurora, Colorado.

Domestic Orders

We offer the following shipping speed options at checkout with live carrier rates calculated based on your exact location.

  • Standard Shipping delivers in 2–5 business days after manufacturing is complete and ships via UPS or FedEx, depending on destination and package size.

  • Expedited Shipping delivers in 1–2 business days after manufacturing is complete and ships via UPS or FedEx express services, depending on destination and package size.

Saturday delivery is not standard but may be available upon request for certain express services. Please contact us directly if you need a guaranteed Saturday arrival.

International Orders

For orders shipped outside of the United States, all customs duties, taxes, brokerage fees, and import charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient. These fees are determined by your local customs office and are not included in product prices or shipping costs. K9 Carts does not cover or reimburse international customs or duty fees.

We offer the following international shipping services at checkout based on your shipping location and order size:

  • FedEx International Connect Plus®

  • FedEx International Economy®

  • FedEx International Priority®

Some shipping options may not appear at checkout based on the size, weight, or type of items in your order. We automatically show the best available services for your shipment to ensure safe and reliable delivery.

Important: International delivery times depend not only on the shipping service selected, but also on how quickly your country’s customs office processes the shipment. Customs clearance times vary by country and are outside of our control, and may extend overall delivery times beyond carrier estimates.
