Please note, if you have a short legged dog that has a slightly bigger than medium size paw select the Med/Large “short” boot. These boots have only one Velcro strap and are shorter than our standard med/large boots based on a design for short legged dogs such as basset hounds.

The Toe’sUP Walkaboot

Our Toe’sUP Walkaboot will help prevent the paw from knuckling. Our traditional Walkaboot has a specially designed system to continuously dorsi-flex (hold up) the paw while your pet is walking.
A soft lift and support of the toes will prevent knuckling.

Price is for a single boot.

How to Use the Toe’sUP BOOT

When your dog is exercising put the boot on.
Lift only to “normal” position.
Don’t over lift as that can put a strain on the front part of the leg.
Use the boot whenever necessary on walks and other outings.

All non wheelchair products normally ship same business day when placed by 1pm EST. If you are ordering a wheelchair as well, your order will ship together once your custom wheelchair is complete (generally 1-2 business days for Rear Wheelchairs and 3-5 for all other wheelchairs.
We ship via UPS Ground. Express options available. Shipping cost is calculated at checkout with UPS live rates based on your exact location.
Orders will be shipped between Monday and Friday from our facility in Englewood, Florida.

Returns, exchanges, and refunds can be made up to fifteen (15) days from the date you received your order minus a 5% restocking fee. K9 Carts will not accept any accessory or nursing care product back for refund or exchange unless the item can be sold as new, (clean with zero traces of pet hair, dirt, odor, etc.) to another client. If returned in any other condition but new, cleaning fees will be deducted from refund. Shipping charges are non-refundable and the customer is responsible for return shipping.

Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled before shipped. Once shipped the standard return terms apply. Wheelchair cancellations are subject to a 5% cancellation fee–higher fees may apply on wheelchairs based on production progress. Any product, other than wheelchairs, can be cancelled with zero fee as long as it has not been shipped.
