The K9 Carts Forelimb Wheelchairs are custom designed and built by our expert staff to help pets with front limb mobility issues and normal rear leg strength. The Forelimb Wheelchairs are considered “specialty” wheelchairs as no two are exactly the same. Video and pictures of pet are required in advance for a full evaluation prior to ordering.

Front wheelchair orders typically ship in 3 – 5 business days days. Every wheelchair is custom built specifically for your pet and shipping lead times can vary, so please contact us with any specific questions.
All other products normally ship same business day when placed by 1pm EST.
We ship via UPS Ground. Express options available. Shipping cost is calculated at checkout with UPS live rates based on your exact location.
Orders will be shipped between Monday and Friday from our facility in Englewood, Florida.
For Saturday delivery and exact delivery deadlines, please contact us directly.

All K9 Carts wheelchairs are custom built in the USA. Front-Limb wheelchairs require significant time and customization to build. As a result, front-limb carts qualify for a refund of 50% of the cost of the cart as long as it is returned within 30 days, clean, and in like-new condition, with all of its parts. Additional charges with be applied if the cart is returned in less than new condition (needs cleaning, refurbishing, or repairs). SHIPPING CHARGES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. CUSTOMER PAYS RETURN SHIPPING.
