Description

Do I need the U-Band for my male dog?

For most male dogs, the conventional belly band fits in front of the hind legs, behind the penis.

On about 20 percent of male dogs, the tip of their penis starts farther back between their legs. The U-band shape provides an easy opening so they can urinate freely.

All non wheelchair products normally ship same business day when placed by 1pm EST. If you are ordering a wheelchair as well, your order will ship together once your custom wheelchair is complete (generally 1-2 business days for Rear Wheelchairs and 3-5 for all other wheelchairs.
We ship via UPS Ground. Express options available. Shipping cost is calculated at checkout with UPS live rates based on your exact location.
Orders will be shipped between Monday and Friday from our facility in Englewood, Florida.

Returns, exchanges, and refunds can be made up to fifteen (15) days from the date you received your order minus a 20% restocking fee for the Help Em Up Harness and Accessories. K9 Carts will not accept any accessory or nursing care product back for refund or exchange unless the item can be sold as new, (clean with zero traces of pet hair, dirt, odor, etc.) to another client. If returned in any other condition but new, cleaning fees will be deducted from refund. Shipping charges are non-refundable and the customer is responsible for return shipping.

Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled before shipped. Once shipped the standard return terms apply. Wheelchair cancellations are subject to a 5% cancellation fee–higher fees may apply on wheelchairs based on production progress. Any product, other than wheelchairs, can be cancelled with zero fee as long as it has not been shipped.

100% worth it

I have a 15yo Samoyed with arthritis in her lower spine. She’s had such a hard time on walks tripping over her back legs once they get tired. Getting her in and out of the car was just about impossible because everything we tried hurt her somehow. She’d yell or make discomfort noises every time so it was stressful for everyone involved. I wasn’t sure what to do for her as outside those two instances she’s not ready to give up on life yet, but I don’t want her to suffer. Did a lot of research online (mostly Reddit for real people commenting on their experiences and solutions) and confidently decided to try out this harness. It has made a world of a difference for both of us. We can enjoy walks again and getting the dog in and out of the car is so smooth and stress free. The only downside I’ve experienced is the neck is a bit tight and gags her a little bit when lifting her, but the rest of the harness fits perfectly. All that to say, the 5 star reviews don’t lie and I whole heartedly recommend this promise. (In the picture she’s all fluff, it’s not actually that tight. She just poofs out lol)

Helps 70 pound dog

This harness has been a lifesaver in helping our 70 pound dog who has DM go outside to pee and getting her in and out of the car.

This assistive harness is worth every penny. It's thoughtfully designed, made with high-quality durable hardware, and comes with very clear instructions that use color photos printed on card stock. It has made life easier for our senior dog, who has poorly-formed front legs and is losing feeling in his back left leg.

This is a very well-made product. You can tell a lot of thought and development went into its making. I would recommend this product if you have a bigger older dog who is having issues getting up and down stairs or up. It is a bit on the heavier side so not sure my dog digs that but she is getting used to it. We do not put it on her every day or every walk etc. Just, at this point, when we feel she is having a rough day. She is a chow retriever mix and weighs 90 pounds,
