Blue Dog Designs introduces its new customized dog walking accessories for the Help ‘Em Up Harness: the Help ‘Em Up Walking Handle (one size) and the Help ‘Em Up Walking Leash/Shoulder Straps (2 sizes: M/L or XL) that provide additional walking assistance and extra leverage for owners of dogs using the Help Em Up Harness.

Because many dogs have different issues, the handle, leash and shoulder strap can all be hooked onto the harness in varying ways where the dog needs the most support. The walking accessories provide more leverage for lifting the bigger dogs than using just the elevated handles, or extra leverage when walking your dog.*Harness is sold separately.

All non wheelchair products normally ship same business day when placed by 1pm EST. If you are ordering a wheelchair as well, your order will ship together once your custom wheelchair is complete (generally 1-2 business days for Rear Wheelchairs and 3-5 for all other wheelchairs.
We ship via UPS Ground. Express options available. Shipping cost is calculated at checkout with UPS live rates based on your exact location.
Orders will be shipped between Monday and Friday from our facility in Englewood, Florida.
For Saturday delivery and exact delivery deadlines, please contact us directly.

ACCESSORIES
(includes: Help Em Up Harnesses & Walking Accessories, EZ Lift, Woodrow Wear Power Paws, PoochPad Diapers/Potty Pads/Kennel Pads/Ultra Dry Beds, All Walkabout brand products, & Ultra Paws brand products.)

Returns, exchanges, and refunds can be made up to fifteen (15) days from the date you received your order minus a 20% restocking fee for the Help Em Up Harness and Accessories. K9 Carts will not accept any accessory or nursing care product back for refund or exchange unless the item can be sold as new, (clean with zero traces of pet hair, dirt, odor, etc.) to another client. If returned in any other condition but new, cleaning fees will be deducted from refund. Shipping charges are non-refundable and the customer is responsible for return shipping.

Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled before shipped. Once shipped the standard return terms apply. Wheelchair cancellations are subject to a 5% cancellation fee–higher fees may apply on wheelchairs based on production progress. Any product, other than wheelchairs, can be cancelled with zero fee as long as it has not been shipped.
