The K9 Carts Front Support Kit can be added to any K9 Carts Rear Support Dog Wheelchair or Rear Support Cat Wheelchair that was built in 2020 or newer.
This kit can be assembled onto your pets Rear Support Wheelchair, turning it into a Fully Supportive Wheelchair.
For orders placed in 2013 – 2019, please order here
The kit includes all the parts needed for either moderate or weak front leg strength.
The original cart specifications will be required to build your pets Front Support Kit. Please provide the name on the original order as well as the year purchased in the fields below.

Wheelchair orders typically ship in 1 – 3 business days days. Every wheelchair is custom built specifically for your pet and shipping lead times can vary, so please contact us with any specific questions.
All other products normally ship same business day when placed by 1pm EST.
We ship via UPS Ground. Express options available. Shipping cost is calculated at checkout with UPS live rates based on your exact location.
Orders will be shipped between Monday and Friday from our facility in Englewood, Florida.

WHEELCHAIR PURCHASES

For the Rent to Own program policy and other products, please scroll down. This policy applies to wheelchair purchases, not rentals or other products.

We offer a 15-day trial period to give you plenty of time to try your pet in its new wheelchair – this applies to refundable carts only. The 15-days start the day you receive your K9 Cart.

Refundable Carts:
(This applies only to dogs, cats, and rabbits)

Rear Support Two-Wheel Carts for pets 6-115 lbs – 70% refund
Full Support Quad Carts 6-115 lbs – 70% refund
Wheelchair Front Support Kits 6-115 lbs – 70%

Non-Refundable Carts:

We do not offer a refund on the following carts:
All rental carts.
Specialty Carts – made for any pet other than a dog or cat (goats, deer, chickens etc.) or pets with special needs that cannot be met with our standard carts.
This also includes any XXS small wheelchairs built for pets under 6 lbs and XXL wheelchairs built for pets over 115 lbs..

You will be refunded 70% of the cost of the cart as long as the cart is returned within 15 days, clean, and in like new condition. CHARGES WILL BE APPLIED IF THE CART IS RETURNED IN LESS THAN NEW CONDITION (NEEDS CLEANING, REFURBISHING OR REPAIRS). SHIPPING CHARGES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. CUSTOMER PAYS RETURN SHIPPING.

Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled before shipped. Once shipped the standard return terms apply. Wheelchair cancellations are subject to a 5% cancellation fee–higher fees may apply on wheelchairs based on production progress. Any product, other than wheelchairs, can be cancelled with zero fee as long as it has not been shipped.

Absolutely love this product. Ajax has had a rear wheelchair for degenerative myelopathy from K9 Carts for a while but suddenly lost a lot of strength in his front legs following a big seizure. The team at K9 Carts was amazing and helped me through the process of measuring and answered all of my questions. They even made sure to include the extra long belly band per my request (he has an extremely long torso). Setup was so simple. I was initially worried about how difficult it might be to add the front support to the existing rear wheels but I had it ready to go in about 15 minutes. He's a big boy so it does take two people to lift him in, but once he's in it's the easiest walk we've had in years! He feels much more confident walking around because he knows he can't stumble and faceplant. You can tell how proud he feels by looking at his expression while he's in it. We talk to him a lot and so we use the phrase "wide turn" to remind him when he's going to need to make tight corners and he's adapted so quickly. We live in an apartment building and he's become a pro at backing himself out of the elevator and through tight spaces. We absolutely love it and highly recommend it. For anyone with a big dog that needs assistance walking, this is much better than throwing out your back while trying to use a sling!
